Pamela Hays

Pamela is a seasoned Finance Controller with more than 20 years of payroll and HR leadership and over 10 years of experience in financial reporting, technical systems, and operational optimization. She oversees the full financial and administrative operations of D.E.L.L. PET, managing multi-state payroll, HR and benefits, vendor relationships, compliance, and executive-level reporting.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Pamela supports D.E.L.L. PET’s field operations by assisting with on-site data collection at various customer and production locations when additional hands are needed.
