This policy explains what information D.E.L.L. PET collects through this website, how it’s used, and the choices you have. It applies to dellpet.com and covers information submitted through the Request Technical Support and Contact forms.

Information We Collect

We collect only what you provide directly through our forms:

• Contact details — name, company, email, and phone (when provided)
• Business context — plant location, problem category, and the details you describe in your message

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are viewed. This analytics tool does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other websites. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading and responsiveness.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Clarity records how you interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and creates heatmaps and session replays. It uses first-party cookies to recognize repeat visits, and the data is processed by Microsoft. Everything typed into our forms is masked and is not captured by Clarity. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies on this site, and beyond this usage and performance data we do not collect information about you automatically other than standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.

How Information Is Used

Information you submit is used to respond to your request, route it to the right specialist, and follow up with you about a technical support or general inquiry. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and deliver your messages: Vercel (hosting and the aggregate analytics described above), Microsoft (Clarity usage analytics), Resend (delivery of form submissions to our mailbox), and Upstash (shared submission limits). The submission limiter stores hashed email and network-address identifiers with counters that expire after 15 minutes; it does not store your message. These identifiers help limit repeated submissions, including attempts that use different email addresses from the same network. Each is bound to protect the information and use it only for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain information from support and contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to your request and for legitimate business record-keeping, such as tracking an ongoing support relationship.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We’ll respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for business use by manufacturing professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
