Building Capability That Stays on Your Floor
Training, a structured continuous improvement cadence, and remote technical support — built to raise your team’s own capability, not just resolve the immediate issue.
Training Built Around Your Team
Who It Is For
Operators and technical teams working with PET preforms, bottles, and production processes.
What Your Team Learns
Process fundamentals, troubleshooting with production data, and startup and changeover procedures.
Delivery Format
Sessions combine floor time with your equipment parameters, tooling, and production history. Discuss the location and schedule with D.E.L.L. PET when planning your training.

Process Fundamentals We Cover
Training starts with the fundamentals your team works with every day — the temperature ranges PET moves through from resin drying to blow molding, and the mechanics of the blow cycle itself: oven transfer, primary and intermediate air, high-pressure blowing, air recovery, and bottle exit.
See It, Don’t Just Hear It
The same blow-cycle fundamentals above, as a hands-on model. Adjust heat, blow pressure, and stretch timing and watch the wall-thickness distribution respond.
This is a simplified, illustrative model, not engineering-grade simulation. Open the full Interactive Process Guide →
Training
Sessions are built around your actual process and equipment — process fundamentals, reading and troubleshooting from your own data, and the startup and changeover procedures your team runs every day.
View Training Service →Continuous Improvement Program
A recurring cadence for reviewing production data, testing improvements, and holding the gains from prior process work — scoped to fit your team’s capacity rather than added as a separate program to manage.

Not every question needs a site visit. Remote support covers process review, troubleshooting, and technical questions worked through directly with your on-site team.
