Ryan Crandell brings more than 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, with a career spanning manufacturing, maintenance leadership, project management, and engineering support. As Co-Owner and Co-Founder of D.E.L.L. PET, LLC since 2023, Ryan helps lead a globally focused process engineering company specializing in plastics manufacturing solutions, project management, technical support, and operational improvements.

Prior to founding D.E.L.L. PET, Ryan served as a Project Manager for five years, overseeing manufacturing and process-related projects across the United States. His extensive hands-on experience and leadership contributed to the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of complex projects nationwide.

Before moving into project management, Ryan spent 23 years as a Maintenance Coordinator for a plastics manufacturing company in Ohio. During that time, he developed deep expertise in equipment reliability, preventative maintenance programs, process optimization, troubleshooting, and plant operations.

Throughout his career, Ryan has built a reputation for delivering practical, results-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity. His combination of technical knowledge, operational experience, and industry leadership continues to help D.E.L.L. PET provide world-class engineering and manufacturing support to customers around the globe.
