Stephen Deneka brings over three decades of international leadership in plastics manufacturing, continuous process improvement, and statistical methodology. An ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Stephen specializes in guiding client organizations through hands-on Six Sigma programs, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and advanced Design of Experiments (DOE) across North America, South America, and Europe.

Throughout a career spanning process management optimization to global consulting, Stephen has spearheaded statistically based R&D, lightweighting projects, resin functionality studies, and plant layout designs for major industry leaders. Stephen's consulting practice covers a complete spectrum of processing technologies — including injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and thermoforming — delivered in both English and Spanish.
